This class is an energetic flowing class synchronizing breath with movement. Builds strength, flexibility, and concentration. Cleanse the body and calm the mind. Modified versions for all fitness levels will always be given. You will be encouraged to work at your own place and level.

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar. It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and hi-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training
dance fitness - party. Water, water, water!!

This class is an athletic approach to a mind/body fitness workout that blends standing Pilates, ballet, Yoga, calisthenics, control movements that focus on breath, balance, lengthening, and posture to elongate muscles and burn lots of fat! This class is about getting into and staying in the fat burning zone.
You will need a Yoga mat and water bottle for this class.

A special type of interval training that also offers the important advantage of continuing to burn fat for many hours after your workout has ended. This class creates muscle confusion by introducing a variety of moves, so your body never plateaus, and you never get bored! Bring water!!

Boot Camp:
Each Class is designed to continually shock the body as research demonstrates that it is the most efficient and effective way to improve your cardiovascular system, lose weight, and build muscle. The endless variety of exercises and instructor styles insures that no two classes are the same, and that every class feels new and exciting. Bring water!

FUNctional Fit:
FUNctional Fit is a hybrid workout that combines several methodologies and boot camp style training to create the greatest metabolic conditioning workout. To ensure you get the greatest results and ensure safety we keep the class size small. This also guarantees more instruction from the trainer so you learn how to maximize your athletic potential.
